Cause

Displayed when totalizer
rolls over

4-20 mA Input current at
aux input smaller than 3.5
mA:
• Faulty Wiring
• Transmitter not set to "4-
20 mA"
• Transmitter defective

Input current at RTD input
too low:
• Faulty wiring
• RTD defective

Pulse counter overflowed.
The totalizer may have lost
counts.

Calculated pulse frequency
too large:
• Pulse width setting too
long
• Larger pulse scaler needed

Limit value exceeded.

Batch size exceeded by
more than set limit.

The setup expects modem
usage and a modem is not
responding.

Abnormal program termina-
tion may have occurred as a
result of power transient.

Unit was operated with an
input power level lower than
safe operating range for an
extended period of time.
