Description
Item
Allows you to display information about a particular SLPR when you select the SLPR from
this list. If you have logged in as a storage partition administrator, only information about
the allocated SLPR is displayed, and you cannot select other SLPRs from this list.
SLPR list
Choose which information to display in the LDEV list.
CU or PG
•
If you select CU, two lists are displayed. You can select an LDKC from the list on the
left, and a CU from the list on the right.
•
If you select PG, one list is displayed. You can select the parity group to display from
the list.
SLPR number and SLPR name.
SLPR column
CLPR number and CLPR name.
CLPR
The LDKC number, the CU number, and the LDEV number. For detailed information, see
LDKC:CU:LDEV
Emulation type.
Emulation
•
For an expanded (LUSE) volume, the emulation type of each LDEV is displayed.
•
For a TP-VOL, (0V) might be displayed after the emulation type (for example, OPEN-V
(0V)).
LDEV size recognized by a host.
MAX LBA
Volume capacity. Open-system volumes are displayed in GB, mainframe volumes are
displayed in Cyl. For an expanded (LUSE) volume, the capacity of each LDEV is displayed.
Capacity
RAID level.
RAID
Data protection level.
Protection
•
SATA-W/V: Write & Verify method on SATA drives.
•
SATA-E: Enhancing method on SATA drives.
•
Standard: Fibre Channel drives, flash drives, external volumes, or V-VOLs.
