6.2.4.2 INTENSIVE INTERVAL TRAINING

The following values can then be called up in the memory
for extensive interval training:

k Overall info
k Warm-up time
k Info on all intervals (in the training unit):

k HR zone

k Time in HR zone

k % in HR zone

k Rest time

k Info on each individual interval:

k Average HR per interval

k Rest min HR (this shows how quickly the body has

regenerated itself during the recovery phase of the training.

This can be an indicator for the ability to recover after the

interval phase)

k Cool-down time

6.2.3.3 OWN INTERVAL

Depending on whether the interval training is controlled by
heart rate or time:
k Controlled by heart rate k the same values as for extensive

interval training

k Controlled by time k the same values as for intensive interval

training
