∫ About setting of the recording start position
You can select the recording start point on the tape
from among the following.
A Sets the recording start position to the current
position on the DV tape. Confirm the current position
setting in D and then click it.
B Sets the recording start position to the start of the DV
tape.
C Sets the recording start position to the start of the
blank part of the DV tape.
The start of the blank part of a half-recorded tape is
automatically detected, and recording starts from
there.
• If you select C, several frames from the beginning
of the first clip and from the end of the last clip are
sometimes not recorded.
It is recommended to leave a margin in the start
and the end on the occasion of selecting C.
Note
` Check the video in the DV tape on the monitor of the
video device.
