10 Utility Menu Screen
10.1 Utility Menu Screen Outlines
Press Utility/Counter on the control panel to display the Utility Menu Screen.
On the Utility Menu Screen, menu items in [01 User Setting] and [03 Touch Panel Adjustment] are available
to any user, while [02 Administrator Setting] can be set to require an administrator password to access the
administrator setting menu.
Menu items in [02 Administrator Setting] includes functions such as monitoring machine performance, or
managing authentication and security settings. It is recommended to delegate an administrator who will be
the sole person to control the administrator settings.
NOTICE
Ask your authorized service representative to set up an administrator password.
NOTICE
The machine equipped with Paper Feeder Unit (with scanner) PF-705 provides different menu items on the
Utility Menu Screen.
For menu items related to copy operations, please refer to Section 10 of the User's Guide - Copier.
10.1.1 How to Access the Utility Menu Screen

Press Utility/Counter.
The Utility Menu Screen will be displayed.
Select the desired menu item from [01 User Setting] and [Touch Panel Adjustment] to make settings.
To operate [02 Administrator Setting], proceed to step 2.
