timers spf <delay> <hold>
Use the timers spf command to configure the shortest path first (SPF) calculation and hold intervals.
Syntax Description
<delay> Specifies the time in seconds between OSPF’s receipt of topology changes and
the beginning of SPF calculations.
<hold> Specifies the time in seconds between consecutive SPF calculations.
Range: 10 to 1800 seconds.
Default Values
<delay> 5 seconds
<hold> 10 seconds
Applicable Platforms
This command applies to the NetVanta 300, 1000R, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 and Total Access 900
Series units.

Usage Examples
The following example defines a delay of 10 seconds and a hold-time of 30 seconds:
