Press NoFAD1 to turn nonfading out-

put on.

NON FAD ON” appears in the display.

Press

NoFAD1 again to turn nonfading out-

put off.

Adjusting nonfading output
level

When the nonfading output is on, you can ad-
just the level of nonfading output.

Press AUDIO and then press NEXT.

Press NoFAD2 to select nonfading out-

put setting.
When the nonfading output is on, you can se-
lect “

NoFAD2”.

Press or to adjust the output level

of the nonfading.
Each press of or increases or decreases
the level of the non fading. “

+6” – “–6” is dis-

played as the level is increased or de-
creased.

Using the high pass filter

When you do not want low sounds from the
subwoofer output frequency range to play
from the front or rear speakers, turn on the
HPF (high pass filter). Only frequencies higher
than those in the selected range are outputted
from the front or rear speakers.

Press HPF to select high pass filter

mode.

Press HPF to turn high pass filter on.

HPF ON” appears in the display.

Press

HPF again to turn high pass filter off.

Press or to select cut-off frequen-

cy.
Each press of or selects cut-off frequen-
cies in the following order:
5080125 (Hz)
Only frequencies higher than those in the se-
lected range are outputted from the front or
rear speakers.

Note

If you switch the SFEQ setting, the HPF function
is automatically turned off. By turning the HPF
function on after selecting the SFEQ setting, you
can combine HPF function with SFEQ func-
tion.

Adjusting source levels

SLA (source level adjustment) lets you adjust
the volume level of each source to prevent
radical changes in volume when switching
between sources.
• Settings are based on the FM tuner volume

level, which remains unchanged.

Compare the FM tuner volume level

with the level of the source you wish to
adjust.

Press AUDIO and then press NEXT.

Press SLA to select the SLA mode.

Press or to adjust the source vol-

ume.
Each press of or increases or decreases
the source volume.

+4” – “– 4 ” is displayed as the source volume

is increased or decreased.
