Connect Programming
Terminals to the Network
via the NAP

You can connect programming terminals to the ControlNet network
by connecting to the network access port (NAP), as shown in the
figure.

ATTENTION

Use the 1786-CP cable when connecting a
programming terminal to the network through NAPs.
Using a commercially available RJ-style cable could
result in possible network failures.
