You can get access to the machine`s web site to edit or add the FTP address book. For how to access the
machine`s web site, refer to
Settings with Web Image Monitor」 (P. 4-2).
Note
- The scanned images are saved in the format of YYMMDDMMSS specified in the machine. For
example, if it is scanned at 12:30:20, January 1, 2014. the file name will include “140101_123020”
and the extension file name upon the file type
- Getting access to some FTP servers may not be allowed due to their internal firewalls. If transferring
to the FTP server keeps failing, contact the FTP server administrator.
Sending the Scanned Files Directly to Shared Folders
If the machine is connected to the network, the scanned image can be sent to the shared folders directly.

Place the original.

Press 【Scan】 button.

When [Where to scan] appears, press 【OK】 button.

Press 【OK】 button in [ScanSharedFold.] to select the receiver`s address to send to.
① Search Address Book: you can select the receiver`s address from the stored address book.
