Speed Dial
- In Fax To input screen press 【#】 button, and type 3 digit speed dial numbers.
- Speed dial number appears in Fax To if it is registered and a pop-
up message `Not a registered number` appears if it is not registered.
(Refer to Address Book Setting for Speed dial registration).
Address Book
- Press 【Fax】 button at the left on the LCD to enter into Fax Mode, and then press 【◀】or 【▶】 button to
select [Search from Address Book] to move to the Address Book.
- Press 【▲】 or 【▼】 button and then 【▶】 button to select the desired number from the address book. (
You can select more than one address and automatically switched to Broadcast Transmission mode).
Redial
- In Fax To input screen press [Pause/Redial] button to see the redial list without any receiver number
entered.( The latest 10 Tx numbers are stored in the Redial list, and a popup message `No Redial list`
appears without Report Tx.
- Select the wanted number from Redial list.
6 Press 【 】 button to send Fax
Polling Tx (Polling Transmission)
Save the document on the memory and then send it when you want to fax. If this function is used, the receiver will
be charged for the fee.
1 Place the original. Before switching to the fax mode, press 【Menu】 to set resolution and density.
① Press 【Fax】button at the left on the LCD to go to the fax mode, and then press 【◀】or 【▶】button until
[Tx Mode] appears. Press 【OK】 button.
② Press 【▲】 or 【▼】 button until [Polling Tx] appears.
③ Press 【OK】 button to turn on the function.
