9. Advanced Faxing
Broadcast Transmission( Broadcast Tx)
You can fax the same document to multiple receivers. Max. 200 receivers can be assigned.

Place the document on the flatbed or ADF.
Make sure to check if there is any document in the ADF before sending the document from the flatbed.

Press 【Fax】 button on the control panel to switch to the fax mode.

Set up the functions upon necessity.

Select Broadcast Tx.
① Press 【Fax】 button at the left of the LCD to go to the fax mode, and then press 【◀】or【▶】
button until [Tx Mode] appears. Press 【OK】 button.
② Press 【▲】 or 【▼】 button until [Broadcast Tx] appears.
③ Press 【OK】 button to turn on the function.

Press the receiver’s Fax number, and then press 【▼】 button to add other numbers.
Number Pad (Direct Input)

You can enter up to 38 digits.

If a wrong number is entered, press 【 】 button shortly to remove the number one by one.

Press 【 】 button long to delete the current number you are now entering.

Using 【Pause/Redial】 button, you can add the“ Pause” key.
