Using the Phone Book

Description
The person’s area code and data number.
The person’s e-mail address.
The country code you need to dial when calling
this person.
Lets you select a picture to help you visually
identify the entry in the Phone Book.
Changes the picture you selected back to the
default picture of a telephone.
Lets you provide additional telephone numbers for
this person.
Lets you assign or change a Caller ID for this
person.
Lets you assign or change Group membership for
this person. See “Using the Group Feature” on
page 88.
The fax and data fields must be filled in if you want to send a fax or data, even if the fax or
data number is the same as the regular phone number.
If there are many entries in your phonebook, you may want specific entries to always appear
at the top of the list, such as emergency numbers. You can do this by adding a symbol, such
as *, +, % in front of the first letter of the entry. Entries that are preceded by a symbol will
automatically appear at the top of the phonebook. You must refresh the phonebook screen
before the new order takes effect.
