Transport
When transporting or shipping
the equipment always use the
original Leica Geosystems
packaging (transport case and
shipping cardboard).
After a longer period of
storage or transport of
your instrument always check
the field ajustment parameters
indicated in this manual before
using the instrument.
In the Field
When transporting the
equipment in the field, always
make sure to
•
either carry the instrument in
its original transport case or,
• carry the tripod with its legs
splayed across your
shoulder, keeping the
attached instrument upright.
