Using Program Keys
Once you have recorded a number, or group of numbers under a Program Key (see
pages 82 -
86
), you can use the key by following steps below.
To transmit documents using Program Keys;

Place a document face down on the ADF.
Adjust left and right Document Guides.
Press program key.
Ex;

Dialling automatically begins (see Note).
To poll documents using Program Keys,

Make sure no documents are on the ADF.
