Xim Satellite Radio controls and functions
Note.
The following controls are available only when “XM" is selected as the input source. Rotate the INPUT selector on the front panel (or
set the component selector switch to SOURCE and theit press XM on the remote control) to select “XM” as the input source.

Change,s the search mode between the All Channel
Search, Category Search, and Preset Search modes
(see page 56).
( 2 ) CATEGORY
(All Channel Search mode)
Changes the channel category while staying in the All
Channel Search mode.
(Category Search mode)
Change,s the channel category.
(Preset Search mode)
Change.s the pre.set channel group (A to E).
® PRESET/TUNING/CH </>
(All Channel Search mode)
Searches for a channel within all channels. Press and hold
for quick search.
(Category Search mode)
Searches for a channel within the selected category. Pre.ss
and hold for quick search.
(Preset Search mode)
Changes the preset channel number (1 to 8).

MEMORY (iWAN’IJAUTO FM)
Stores a pre,set channel in the memory (see page 60).

DISPLAY
Di.splays the XM Satellite Radio information such as
channel number, channel name, category, artist name, or
song title displayed in the front panel display or in the
OSD (see page 61).
0 XM
Selects “XM” as the input .source.
i 2 ) Numeric buttons
(All Channel Search or Category Search mode)
U.se 1 to 9 and 0 to enter a channel number directly.
(Preset Search mode)
Use 1 to 8 to enter a preset channel number directly.

(All Channel Search mode)
Press A-E/CAT. C / s’ to change the channel category.
Pres.s PRESET/CH
/ \ / \ ^ t o search for a channel within
all channels. Press and hold for quick search.
(Category Search mode)
Press A-E/CAT. to change the channel category.
Pres.s PRESET/CH /N / s/ to search for a channel within
the selected category. Press and hold for quick search.
(Preset Search mode)
Press A-E/CAT. to change the preset channel group
(A to E).
Pre.ss PRESET/CH /\ / s/ to change the preset channel
number (1 to 8).
0 XM MEMORY
Stores a preset channel in the memory (see page 60).

Confirms an entered channel number in the Direct
Number Access mode (see page 59).
( 6 ) SRCH MODE
Changes the search mode between the All Channel
Search, Category Search, and Preset Search modes
(see page 56).
