Cause:
The maximum speed has been exceeded during a measurement. Possible
reasons:
a] the selected shear stress or torque value for this measurement is too
high
b] a torque or shear stress measurement has been started without sample
in the measuring cup

A.3 Pin Assignment of the Serial Data Cable
The R/S -CPS+ Rheometer is equipped
with a serial interface with a 25-pin sub
D-connector (male) at the back side of the
intrument. The serial interface is marked
as RS232.
The signal levels are in the range of +12
V and -12 V in accordance with RS232.
The pin assignment of the serial data
cable for serial data transfer to a PC is
as follows:
Note: Unmarked pins must not be
connected!
Rheometer side:
25-pin Sub-D-connector (female)

All other pins must not be connected!
PC side:
9 pin, sub-D-connector (female)
View on soldered connection
