Appendix A:
MACHINE
REFERENCE

In this section all the Mono-synths of the Monomachine are introduced,
including specifications for individual machines.

SUPERWAVE

SuperWave takes its inspiration from the
analogue world. It gives warm and thick
sounds made from unique algorithms. The
Ensemble is specialised in creating poly-
phonic textures, chords and harmonies.

SUPERWAVE SAW “SWAVE-SAW”

The SuperWave Saw machine offers eight
analogue style oscillators, organised to bring
thick sounds with relevant controls.

The core of the sound is made up from one
base sawtooth oscillator. Setting all parame-
ters to their lowest value leaves only the
base sawtooth.

UNIL (unison level) controls the level for the
unison oscillator pair of sawtooth oscillators,
located over and under the base pitch.

UNIW (unison width) sets the distance
between the unison oscillators and the base
pitch.

UNIX (unison extended level) controls the
level of the two additional unison extended
oscillators
(sawtooth). They are located over
and under the base pitch, at double the
UNIW distance. UNIX is limited by the UNIL,
so to get any effect from the UNIX, UNIL has
to be increased first.
