Pull the stoppers with their strings vertically downwards until the
lid locks unlock. Unlock the right and left lock in this way.

Open the lid.
After the emergency lid release has been used, reinstall both
stoppers and strings in the reversed order.
Try to locate the error source and contact the service if
necessary.
