Other than service hints outlined in the instruction leaflet, we recommend factory service by
technicians trained and equipped to repair your sampler. Should you wish factory repair
assistance, pack your sampler in a carton equal to the original packaging.
Insure to full value and ship pre-paid. Include a letter giving full details with your packing list.
