3 & 4 Burner Pedestal Assembly Instructions
1. Attach The
Castors & Wheels
Screw the two castors into the
base. Now assemble the wheels
by fitting one spring circlip to the
end of the wheel axle. Use the end of a
tube spanner and lightly tap the circlip on
with a hammer. The circlip must be at least 3mm
back from the end of the shaft. Now thread the shaft
through one wheel and through the two holes located
on the right hand side of the bottom of the trolley base
plate. Fit the remaining wheel on the end of the shaft.
Turn the base plate onto its edge so that the opposite
wheel is now resting on the ground. Now tap on the
remaining circlip.
Finally, press fit the hubcaps to the wheels.
2. Attach The Pedestal
Bolt the pedestal onto the base
using four sets of M8 screws,
washers and nuts.

3. Attach The
Support Panel
Bolt the support panel
onto the pedestal using
four sets of M8 screws,
washers and nuts with
the stepped edge facing
the rear.

Alternate type circlip
may be supplied.
Fit to slot at end of
wheel axle

of wheel shaft
4. Secure The Barbecue
Bolt the barbecue into the support panel using the
eight sets of M6 screws, washers and nuts. Ensure
the gas inlet is on the right side of the barbecue.
