13.4 Working limits

This menu allows setting the working limits of the farming machine: below the set data the computer interrupts the spraying.
The set limits are active ONLY during the
AUTOMATIC OPERATION (Par. 15.12.1).
Nozzles wear check
This alarm can be activated ONLY if the system features both flowmeter and pressure sensor: the ISOBUS
system compares the rear flowrate detected by the flowmeter with the one calculated by the pressure sensor.
- Press the dark green square to activate the function (Fig. 63).
- Press the flowrate error value
...% and enter the percentage (Fig. 63).
Min. spraying speed
The ISOBUS system interrupts the spraying when the detected speed is lower than the set one.
- Press
Disabled-Enabled to enable or disable the function (Fig. 63 and Fig. 64).
- Press the minimum value of spraying speed Km/h and set it (Fig. 64).
Regulation lock type
The ISOBUS system interrupts the automatic regulation of the proportional valve when the detected speed or
pressure are lower then the set limits.
- Press
Disabled to disable the function.
- Press Speed or Pressure to enable the function.
- Speed: Press on the minimum speed value Km/h and set it (Fig. 63).
- Pressure: Press on the minimum pressure value bar and set it (Fig. 64).
The menu items change according to the set datum (Fig. 63 e Fig. 64).
13.5 Flowrate correct. factor

If the command unit is provided with a paddle flowmeter and the sprayed fluid
has a different density than the water one, the computer could display wrong
measurements; to correct them change the sprayed fluid factor:
- if at the end of the spraying the tank still contains fluid, reduce the factor;
- if the fluid finishes before the output has ended, increase the factor.
Set the density factor of the sprayed fluid.
Flowmeters of the ORION series (code 462xxx) are not affected by the
density difference of the fluids: set the factor to 1.00.
