Accessing additional Mail databases on Palm OS
A single Mail database automatically syncs messages to your Palm Mail
application’s Inbox. With multiple Mail databases, messages from the
additional databases sync to your Palm Mail application’s Drafts and
Filed folders.
Which Mail database syncs to which Palm Mail folder depends on how
you set up the filters for the Mail databases. See the last “Note” under
“Enabling the additional database or view with initial sync Action of
“Desktop overwrites handheld”” (page 94).
To view messages from a particular Mail database, go to the folder to
which it syncs.
The folder you are viewing on your Palm device determines the Notes
Mail database to which replies and new messages created on the device
will sync.
