Creating a new record
1. From the List View of a database, tap New.
A blank record form appears.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Tap Done.
Deleting a record
1. From the List View of a database, tap the dotted line next to the
item you wish to delete.
A check appears on the line.
2. Tap the Menu silk screen button.
3. Tap Record.
4. Tap Delete Items.

5. Select Save archive copy on PC if you want the item deleted from
the Palm device to remain in the Lotus Notes database on the com-
puter.
6. Tap OK.
