Number of records : The number of records currently in the
database is displayed at the top right corner of the box.
2. Tap View|List View.
The screen switches from Workspace view to database List View.

3. Tap View|Workspace View to return to Workspace View.
4. Tap an individual database.
The database opens in record List View, with all individual database
records listed.
