If the MultiVOIP sends out a packet to
the RADIUS server and doesn't
receive a response in the retransmit
interval, it will retransmit that packet
again and wait the retransmit interval
again for a response. How many
times it does this is determined by the
setting in the Number of
Retransmissions field.
