You can register the following items.
Setting Description Settings
Display on the
document boxes
screen Select whether to enable or disable the backup viewing
settings.
Set “ON” to enable the setting, or “OFF” to disable it. ON

Document List” Select whether to enable or disable viewing of the
shared folder on the network in which the backed up
documents are stored.

Document list” Enter the name to add to the folder path of the shared

Folder Path Enter the path to the shared folder.
You can click [Browse] to easily enter the folder path
from the “Browse” screen. 128

User Name Enter the account for logging in to the shared folder. 64 characters
Password Enter the password for logging in to the shared folder. 28 characters
Click [Add].

The settings are added to the list of document viewing folders. (The name you set in “Name •
to list up to “Current Document list” is displayed as the name.)
Up to 10 document viewing folders can be registered.

Click [Save].

Press [Back] to cancel registering the backup viewing settings and return to the “Backup
Settings” screen.
