Activity Report
This report provides a record of your machine’s last 30
communications. Information provided on this report
includes:
•
The total amount of time your machine spent sending
faxes and the total amount of time spent receiving faxes.
•
The date, time and duration (S,R-TIME) of each
transmission or reception.
•
The name or telephone number of the fax machine you
were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).
•
The communication mode used.
•
The number of pages.
•
The result.
•
Service codes.
Printing the Activity Report
! The Activity Report automatically prints after your
machine completes 30 communications.
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2 Press
ᮡ to select Report Print, press Enter.
3 Press
ᮢ orᮡ until the report you want appears on the
display. Press Enter.
4 Print all the reports you want, then press Menu/Exit to
return to standby mode.
