The filtering function

You receive a call for the filtered extension.
The display informs you that the call is for the filtered extension.

- Pick up the handset

You can also press the

g

reen key

.

Answering filtered calls:

Transfer

You are speaking to a caller and want to transfer the call
to the filtered extension.

- Press the

key that has been programmed to supervise

then press the

Transfer

interactive key (or simply hang up

or press the

red key

).

The icon associated with the key programmed to supervise
will illuminate.

Transferring the call
received to the filtered
set:

Filter
Superv.

You can deactivate the filtering feature either from the filtered
extension or from the filtering extension by using the key
programmed to filter*.

- Press the

key programmed to filter

.

A sound message and the display confirm the deactivating.
The icon associated with the programmed key will extinguish
both on the filtered and filtering extensions.

Note: Deactivation or activation of the filtering function on
one of the extensions (e.g. filtered) is automatically registered
on the other extension (e.g. filtering).

key programmed to supervise

.

The icon associated with the programmed key will illuminate.

Calling the filtering
extension:

Your calls are being filtered:

You receive a call on the filtering extension.
On your extension, the icon associated with the key programmed
to supervise filtering will flash and depending on programming,
an audible signal is transmitted.

- Press the

key programmed to supervise

in order to speak

with the call initiator.
The icon associated with the programmed key will extinguish.
