Other functions
By using this function, you can temporarily retrieve the features and settings from your own
personal extension on another extension.

Replace
On the temporarily used extension:
1 - Press the ( --> ) Funct. interactive key.
The display prompts you to SELECT A FUNCTION.
2 - Press the Replace interactive key.
The display prompts you to key in the number of the extension
that you want to retrieve features from.
3 - Key in the number of your extension.
The display prompts you to key in a password.
4 - Key in your extension’s password
You have access to the various features associated with your
extension number.
Examples:
- You can modify the call forwarding settings.
- You can access your personal abbreviated numbers.
- If you want to notify someone from this temporary extension,
the available messages are those customized by you.
Replace function
Identity presentation* function
You can select the identity shown to the other correspondent when you make a call. You can
choose between the company number, the extension number or no number.
After you have dialed the external access code,
1 - Press the Option interactive key.
Three types of identities are displayed:
Extens. - Company - None.
2 - Press the corresponding interactive key (e.g. Company ).
The display confirms your choice.
You can now dial the other correspondent's number.
Note: The choice you have made only applies to the call that
follows. When no choice is defined, the identity shown is the
one programmed by the system operator.
