The alarm function

You can program one or several appointments on your extension using this function.
Your extension will remind you of the appointment at the specified time.
Note: Even if you have forwarded your calls, the appointment reminder will call you
on your extension.
The alarm function
You can record up to four appointments.
1 - Press the Funct. interactive key.
The display shows the message "SELECT A FUNCTION".
2 - Press the Feature interactive key.
The display shows the message "SELECT A FEATURE".
3 - Press the Alarm interactive key
When no other appointments have been recorded, the display
shows the message "APPOINTMENT REMINDER NOT ACTI-
VATED" and appointment no. 1 is offered.
. To choose another number (from 1 to 4), press the More
interactive key.
4. Press the Activ. interactive key
The display prompts you to key in the time of your appointment.
5. Key in the time of the appointment between 0000 and 2359
(e.g. 1830 corresponds to 6.30 p.m.)
. Press the Erase interactive key if you make a mistake.
6 - Press the Enter interactive key to confirm.
The display confirms the programming.
When you have finished press the red key twice to return
to idle mode.
At the time of your appointment the telephone will ring
and display “Appointment reminder”.
. Press the
Mute interactive key to stop the reminder bell.
