ACD and PCA licenses for
PCA agents are loaded. To check that a package is
installed:
1 Connect to the Call Server.
2 Enter LD 22.
3 Enter SLT.
4 For ACD licenses, check
thatACDN is present.
5 For PCA licenses, check
thatTNS is present.
SIP access ports for the
CDS applications are open.
ESN Access Code (INAC)
is configured for incoming
LOC calls on SIP trunk.
MCS 5100 software is
Release 3.5 or later.
Converged Desktop
keycode is loaded.
