36 Video jukebox options
You can use the video jukebox options to:
•
select and play a video
•
play a different video
•
pause or resume playing a video
•
stop or restart a video
•
rewind a video
•
fast forward a video
•
repeat a video continuously
•
play a video in full screen mode
If you want to store a video in the video jukebox, see "Copy or play media files
from a portable drive".
If you want to delete a video from the video jukebox, see "Delete a video from the
video library".
36.1 Select and play a video
This works only if the video is already stored in the video jukebox or if a portable
drive containing video files is connected to the 8000i. See "Copy media files from a
portable drive" and "Play media files from a portable drive".
To select and play a video:
1. Select
Display, then select Video JB.
2. Choose
Select Video from the video control panel. The 8000i lists
the contents of the video jukebox.
3. If you can't see the video that you're looking for, use the arrow buttons
to browse through the video jukebox.
ƒ Use the single arrow buttons to step up or down through the video
library items one at time.
ƒ Use the double arrow buttons to page up or page down through
the video library items.
ƒ Use the double arrow and bar buttons to go to the beginning or
end of the video library items.
4. Select the video that you want to play. The 8000i highlights that video.
5. Select
Play Selected Video to start playing. The 8000i shows a
track progression box at the bottom of the screen.
6. When you want to stop playing the video, press Stop.
7. Select
Display to exit the video jukebox.
NOTE: If you leave the video pane without pausing or stopping play, the 8000i will
automatically pause the video.
