Date Format

Select how the date will be displayed. (The examples shown here are for
February 1, 2000.)

mm/dd/yyyy:

month/day/year (Example: 02/01/2000)

dd/mm/yyyy:

day/month/year (Example: 01/02/2000)

yyyy/mm/dd:

year/month/day (Example: 2000/02/01)

MMM. dd, ‘YY:

month/day/year (Example: Feb. 01, ‘00)

dd MMM ‘YY:

day/month/year (Example: 01 Feb ‘00)

Time Edit

Set the current time in 24-hour format.

After setting the date the time, press [F4 (Set)] at the moment
that the specified time arrives. The specified time will take
effect at that moment.

Press [PLAY (DISPLAY)] to return to the original display
screen.

The internal clock operates
on a battery. There is no
need to perform this
operation the second and
subsequent times you turn
on the VS-1824. However,
you may set the clock again
if for some reason it should
become inaccurate.

Replacing the Internal Battery

When the internal battery runs down, the following display will appear. Since
internal settings will be lost if the battery runs down completely, please replace
it as soon as possible. You must contact a Roland Service Center to have the
battery replaced.
