INSTALLATION
Each Kit contains one LPG

Installation of the LPG
Conversion Kit:
1) Shut off the gas supply.
2) a) Remove the Faceplate by lifting it off
of the fl ush door
b) Remove the fl ush door (see page 37).
c) Remove the Colbalt Glass Crystals or
Ceramic Stones. Also remove
Stainless Steel Panels (if installed -
see page 35).
d) Remove the 2 screws holding the
Burner Assembly to the fi rebox base.
Lift out the burner assembly.
(See Diagrams 1 & 2)
6) Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the Allen
key and replace with the LPG pilot orifi ce
in the kit and replace pilot cap.
(See Diagram 6)
7) Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2"
wrench and discard. Use another
wrench to hold on to the elbow below
the orifi ce. (See Diagram 7)

8) Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPG
stamped #56 and tighten.
4) With Burner Assembly removed, lift out
fi rebox base. (See Diagram 4)
3) Remove the pebble retainer bar by lifting
it out from the front of the fi rebox base
(See Diagram 3).
5) Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilot
orifi ce. (Diagram 5)
