User Session Log

This page contains links that allow the administrator to configure user session log (USL) services and reporting options.
When enabled, the user session log service creates logs for various SIP events managed by the server such as: point-to-
point calls and conference calls. The data logged for each event includes such information as: user session log id, correla-
tion ID, calling user, calling terminal, called user, called terminal, setup start time, session start time, session end time,
session setup duration, call duration, total bandwidth sent, total bandwidth received, status, session type, and confer-
ence ID.

USL Configuration

The USL Configuration page contains two main panels: USL Settings and USL Export Settings.

USL Settings

This panel provides check boxes to control both Logging and Viewing USL data. (The function is enabled when
the corresponding box is checked.) This panel also allows the maximum age of log entries (in days), and the maxi-
mum number of log entries retained in the database to be set.
