advanced.
4.7.2 Error Codes
The negative error codes are defined by SCPI. Positive
codes are specific to the instrument.
The error message is returned in the form
<error number>,"<error description>"
A table of error numbers and their descriptions is
presented here.

0 - No error
Command Errors
A command error is in the range -199 to -100, and
indicates that a syntax error was detected. This includes
the case of an unrecognized header.
-100 Command Error
-101 Invalid character
-102 Syntax error
-103 Invalid separator
-104 Data type error
-108 Parameter not allowed
