2.

Reconnect air to the machine and the “Air In” line will now be flowing with about 85 PSI.
Use the “Air In” line to clean out both open ports on the Drill solenoid.

3.

Disconnect the air supply and reinsert the air line that was flowing, back into the “Air In”
port of the solenoid valve.

4.

Un-plug or turn off both routers.

5.

Connect power and air to the machine, and turn the Power Switch ON.

6.

Put two boards on opposite sides of the slot on the Table Top, press them against the
Safety Buttons, and depress the Foot Pedal. After the Router Stroke, air should be flow-
ing from the “Air Out” port of the drill valve.

7.

Turn the Power Switch OFF and repeat steps 5 and 6 several times to ensure all con-
taminants are expelled, then insert the remaining hose back into the “Air Out” port of the
Drill valve.

8.

Turn the routers back on and cut a test pocket.

Note:

If this procedure does not correct the problem, the Drill Solenoid will need to be re-
placed. Refer to Procedure 21.91, “Replacing Solenoids” page 47-48
