PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALLING AND OPERATING THIS LED
GOLF CART KIT.

Golf Cart Kit Includes:

(4) 24 Inch Tubes

(1) Junction Box

(1) Control Box

(20) Zip Ties

(30) Self-Tapping Screws

Golf Cart Installation:

1.

Arrange the tubes out on the ground and test the kit to ensure proper functionality before installing.

2.

Temporarily power your kit with any 12 volt source to ensure it is functioning properly before you move forward with the installation.
Simply connect the red wire to the positive terminal and the black wire to any good bare ground source or to the negative terminal of
the battery. Power the kit on to ensure full functionality. Once you have determined the kit is functioning properly, remove the power
from your kit.

3.

Optional: Raise and support the golf cart if necessary.

4.

Before mounting each tube, please refer to the schematic below to ensure correct placement and tube direction.

5.

Start with the front tube and mount it with plenty of clearance from heat and moving parts. The tube is flexible and can be contoured
incase the undercarriage is not flat. Make sure that the wires are routed AWAY FROM ANY MOVING PARTS OR EXHAUST.
For gas powered golf carts, leave at least 10 inches between the exhaust and the tube. Also, be sure to keep all wires and tubes away
from any steering suspension parts. You can use the provided self- tapping screws and/or zip ties to hold the tubes in place. If you use
the provided screws, use a zip tie to secure the tube.

6.

Repeat Step #4 for the remaining 3 underbody tubes. It is very important to ensure that all of the wires do not come in contact with
any moving parts and/or heat.

7.

Connect the red wire to a 12 volt source. If a 12 volt source is not available because you have a 36 or 48 volt system, then it is
required to use a step down transformer which is available at any electronic store. VERIFY VOLTAGE WITH A MULTI-METER
BEFORE CONNECTING THE KIT TO THE GOLF CART.
