Command
Description
Sets or queries the pulse width. The default pulse
width is 100us.
The minimum pulse width is affected by the
period time. If the period is over 20 or 200 seconds,
then the minimum pulse width is 1us and 10us,
respectively.
Pulse width is defined as the time from the rising
to falling edges (at a threshold of 50%).
Note
The pulse width cannot be less than the edge time
times 1.6.
Pulse Width > 1.6 * Edge Time
The pulse width must be less than the period
minus the edge time (x1.6).
Pulse Width < Period – (1.6 *Edge Time)

SOURce[1|2]:PULSe:WIDTh
{<seconds>|MINimum|MAXimum}

Sets the pulse width to the maximum allowed.
