SOURce[1|2]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency

Command
Description Sets the frequency of the internal modulating
waveform only. The default frequency is 100Hz.
Syntax SOURce[1|2]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency
{<frequency>|MINimum|MAXimum}
Parameter <frequency> 2 mHz~ 20 kHz
Example SOUR1:AM:INT:FREQ +1.0000E+02
Sets the modulating frequency to 100Hz.
Query Syntax SOURce[1|2]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency?
[MINimum|MAXimum]
Return Parameter <NR3> Returns the frequency in
Hz.
Example SOUR1:AM:INT:FREQ? MIN
+1.0000E+02
Returns the minimum frequency allowed.
SOURce[1|2]:AM:DEPTh
Source Specific
Command
Description Sets or queries the modulation depth for internal
sources only. The default is 100%.
Note The function generator will not output more than
±5V, regardless of the modulation depth.
The modulation depth of an external source is
controlled using the ±5V MOD INPUT terminal on
the rear panel, and not the
SOURce[1|2]:AM:DEPTh command.
Syntax SOURce[1|2]:AM:DEPTh {<depth in percent>
|MINimum|MAXimum}
Parameter <depth in percent> 0~120%
Example SOUR1:AM:DEPT 50
Sets the modulation depth to 50%.
