Serial and Ethernet Assignment
The pin assignments given for the DB-9 serial connection is in reference to the
serial port on the RMC in slot 1 of the Interface Manager. Use an RS-232 null
modem cable to connect the Interface Manager to the host system.See the HP
Surestore Installation and Service Guide for more information.
The pin assignments given for the RJ-45 Ethernet connection are in reference to
the Ethernet port on the RMC in slot 1of the Interface Manager. The Interface
