FC-64 Director (McData) Switch
Use the default mode for the FC-64 switch in SAN backup configurations.
You must make the following changes to the default configuration:
1. The FC-64 Fibre Channel switch does not support public or private loop
connections. All devices must use login as N_port only.
2. Set the Interface Manager Hard ALPA setting to [NO] and the Fibre
Channel port mode to [N_port].
3. Set the addressing to [Soft] on internal Fibre Channel cards.
