Receiving faxes to your PC
The HP OfficeJet is factory set to print received faxes. To receive faxes
to your PC (also called PC faxes), change the Receive Fax setting.
On your desktop, double-click HP
OfficeJet Manager and click
Settings.
Select Fax Setup, then click
Receive Settings.
Click the Receiving tab.
Select To PC, and click OK.
Notes:

Your PC must be on and set to
receive faxes or faxes received will
be printed.

If you’re set up to receive faxes in
manual mode, follow the instructions
under “Manually Receiving Faxes”
on page 1-7.
For more information about faxing, refer to the Help system: Double-
click HP OfficeJet Manager on your desktop and click Help, then
select HP OfficeJet T Series Help Center. Click Fax, and select
from a menu of topics.
Telephone company voice mail
If you subscribe to a voice mail service through your telephone com-
pany, you may not be able to receive faxes automatically to your HP
OfficeJet. Contact your telephone company for information.
