Font Color Selection

Selecting the display font color.

Enter Font Color Selection mode

Using the Control knob, select "DISPLAY" >
"COLOR".
For the operation method, refer to <Function
Control mode> (page 11).

Select the text display part

Select the character color/ outline color

(Display Type A only)
Push the Control knob towards up or down.

"FILL-IN"

The color of the text fill.

"OUTLINE"

The color of the text outline.

Select the row (only for display type with

multiple rows)
Push the Control knob towards up or down.
The cursor (

‰) moves to the selected text display

part.

Basic color (12 colors)

Push the Control knob towards right or left.

Detail color (115 colors)

Turn the Control knob.

Exit Font Color Selection mode

Press the Control knob.

Enter Icon select mode

Using the Control knob, select "DISPLAY" >
"SIDE".

Switch the Icon display

Turn the Control knob or push it towards left
or right.
Select from the following displays:

Icon display

Display

Source graphic

"Source"

Text label

"Text"

Album art (iPod or "Music Editor" media)

"Photograph"

Exit Icon select mode

Press the Control knob.

• The Album art display function is not used to display the

image corresponding to the tag recorded in the Audio
file.

• If Album art display is selected during playback of an

iPod or "Music Editor" media on which no album art is
recorded, a source icon is displayed.

• During Album art downloading, "Down-loading" is

displayed. Downloading requires a maximum of 30
seconds.

External Display Selection

Changing the display in the connected External
Display.

Enter External display select mode

Using the Control knob, select "DISPLAY" >
"OUT".
For the operation method, refer to <Function
Control mode> (page 11).
"Display Out Select" is displayed.

Select the display

Turn the Control knob or push it towards left
or right.
Select your desired display.

Exit display control mode

Press the Control knob.
