0 0 Timeout On Receive. This condition indicates a receive timeout.
0 1 Unrecoverable Receive Error. This condition indicates a receive error
that could not be corrected by the permitted number of parity
correction retries.
0 2 Invalid Procedure Byte received from card.
0 3 Unrecoverable Transmit Error. This condition indicates a transmit
error that could not be corrected by the permitted number of parity
correction retries.
