To configure a field, click on the value cell of that field. Depending on the field being
configured, the value cell will become one of the following:

Editable - a value is keyed in manually
•
Dropdown Selection - a single value is selected from a pre-defined list of values
•
Editable Dropdown Selection - a single value can either be selected from a pre-
defined list of values or keyed in manually
•
Multiple Selection - one or more values can be selected from a pre-defined list of
values. To select multiple contiguous values, hold down the Shift key while selecting
items from the list. To select multiple non-contiguous values, hold down the Ctrl key
while selecting items from the list.
After setting all the desired fields, you can complete the Add operation by clicking the OK
button.
If you wish to cancel the operation, click on the Cancel button.
