Troubleshooting the touch panel
My screen does not display anything
❑ The HOLD switch may be turned on.
Slide the HOLD switch in the reverse direction of the arrow and bring your system back into normal mode.
❑ The output destination may be directed to the external display.
Press the (External display) button on the supplied display/LAN adapter or port replicator to switch the destination.
❑ In order to use the (External display) button on the supplied display/LAN adapter or port replicator, check the Sony
Notebook Setup setting.
1 Go to Start > All Programs > Sony Notebook Setup and click Sony Notebook Setup.
The Sony Notebook Setup window appears.
2 Click the Screen Resolution tab.
3 Check if the Display contents on the LCD together with the external display check box is selected.
If not, click to select the check box.
4 Click OK.
