Using your VAIO computer
I cannot bring my system into normal mode from power-saving mode with the stick remote commander
When your system is in Hibernate mode, you cannot bring it back into normal mode with the stick remote commander. Press the
STANDBY button or slide the POWER switch briefly in the direction of the arrow.
You can check the following to see if your system is in Standby or Hibernate mode.
❑ Standby mode
The power indicator is flashing amber.
The battery icon is on the stick remote commander's display window.
❑ Hibernate mode
The power indicator is not lit.
The battery icon is not on the stick remote commander's display window.
Using the display/LAN adapter
Your computer comes with the display/LAN adapter. Attaching the display/LAN adapter enables you to connect an external display
and access your network.
