Various ways of the folding can be setup.
The [Fold] cannot be set in the following cases:
x When the [Transparency] is selected in the [Paper/Quality] tab - [Media]
x When any item other than [Off] is selected for the [Staple], [Punch], only
[Z-fold] can be selected.
x When any item other than [Off] is selected for the [Front Cover Page],
[Back Cover Page], [PI-Front Cover] and [PI-Back Cover].
