4.1.13 Restart program
The C00002 = "35: Restart program" device command serves to restart the application
program in the regenerative power supply module.
 All variables except for the RETAIN variables are reset to their initialisation values.
 The situation corresponds to a power failure or a switching off and on again of the
regenerative power supply module (warm start) while the program is running.
